It can be made in your desired colours and the length is customised for your own needs. 
Please, let me know in the notes your height (including shoes) so I can cut it to your needs. 
The waist is elasticated, so it is comfortable and stretchy. 
Sizing is the following:
Small: UK6-12
Medium: UK14-18
Large: UK20-24
It has no loops since it doesn't need it because all the layers of the tulle is wide enough to stand out on its own. 
It is handmade in 10 working days.
