The Sapphire Tide Ruffle Tulle Top is handcrafted from layers of rich sapphire-blue glitter tulle, gathered and arranged into abundant ruffles that create a sculptural, fluid silhouette.
Designed to sit elegantly off the shoulders, the voluminous neckline sweeps across the décolletage before flowing into oversized, cascading sleeves. 
The sheer tulle of the sleeves  allows glimpses of the skin beneath while the scattered sparkle catches the light with movement, creating the impression of a shimmering ocean surface.
It is a loose, comfortable fit with an elastic neckline, letting you be comfortable while fitting multiple sizes and shapes at the same time.
