Long Hearts Tulle made skirt with Love elastic waistband. 
It consists of tulle rows which can flow freely. It is see through, does not have a lining, so you can wear it over any leggings, slim dresses, jeans or other fashion items to make is versatile and add perfect romantic feminine touch to your outfit.
Can fit more sizes in the same time as it is elasticated. You can choose to wear it on your hips or waist as it can fit both in the same time.
