Built from layers upon layers of gathered tulle, the Tulle Tempest transforms a simple silhouette into something dramatic, sculptural and unapologetically extravagant.
Wear it over the shoulders, wrap it around the body or let it trail behind you for performance.
It is 2 metres long.
