Long Hearts Tulle made skirt with Love elastic waistband. 
It consists of tulle rows which can flow freely. It is see-through, does not have a lining, so you can wear it over any leggings, slim dresses, jeans or other fashion items to make it versatile and add a perfect romantic feminine touch to your outfit.
Can fit more sizes at the same time as it is elasticated. You can choose to wear it on your hips or waist as it can fit both at the same time. 
On the pictures it is worn over the Hand painted long shirt, which is available in my shop separately, as this listing is for the over skirt only.
