How do I track my order?

All orders are posted with Royal Mail 1st Class and you will be able to track your item with the tracking number provided by us. We will send you the tracking number either in e-mail or in sms to your phone, depends which information you provide for us at the check out. 

Interational shipping will require signature upon arrival,and we will give you details in email about the tracking possibilities.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All UK items are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class. International orders shipping depends from the amount of your order. Single orders will be posted using local postal services, multiple orders will be posted by using courier services such as DHL.

 

How do I return an item?
 

UK Returns are accepted within 2 weeks since our posting date.

International orders are accepted within 4 weeks since our posting date.

Return fees needs to be covered by the customer.

We only accept returns If the item is in unharmed condition with original labels and price tags. If the item is damaged, we can not guarantee you a full refund of the garment.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

We will provide you information of the courier service we use. If we forget to do that, please contact us and we will give you the inromations immediatelly.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we have international delivery services. Please note, International delivert services are not included in the price, this is going to be an extra charge and will be added to the final amount at the check out.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Returns and refund options are available If:

 

  • We sent out the wrong size

  • We sent out the wrong design

  • The item is in unharmed condition

  • The posting date was no longer than two weeks before

 

As we quality check each item we post and keep photographic documents of each in house made designs, therefore mistakes in the product are not likely to happen. If you think your item was poorly made and had issues, please contact us first and provide pictures and description of the item and of the issues.
